Position: HR Consultant (HR/083)


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR consultant (HR/083) to join our dynamic team. The HR consultant will play a crucial role in our organization, providing guidance and support in all aspects of human resource management. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and guidance to our management team on all HR-related matters
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Create and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and job advertisements
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide recommendations for employee development and career progression
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and handle any HR-related legal matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops on HR-related topics
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee grievances
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to provide innovative solutions and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, SPHR) is a plus
